Single Ply
The class of commercial roofing membranes commonly described as "single-ply" are flexible sheets of compounded synthetic materials that are manufactured in a factory to strict quality control requirements. Single ply roof systems provide strength, flexibility, and long-lasting durability.
Modified Bitumen
Membrane roofing is a type of roofing system for buildings and tanks. It is used on flat or nearly flat roofs to prevent leaks and move water off the roof. Membrane roofs are most commonly made from synthetic rubber, thermoplastic (PVC or similar material), or modified bitumen.
Metal
Metal roofing is used on a variety of commercial building applications, including corporate offices, retail shops, technology centers, educational buildings, warehouses and healthcare offices.
Built-Up
Built up roof membranes, referred to by the acronym BUR, have been in use in the U.S. for more than 100 years. These roof systems are commonly referred to as "tar and gravel" roofs. BUR systems generally are composed of alternating layers of bitumen and reinforcing fabrics that create a finished membrane.
Clay Tile
Clay tile roofing provides great aesthetics for facilities with a southwestern or Spanish Mission design as well as some modern design, and comes in a variety of colors. Tile roofing has an exceptionally long life cycle – and is expected to have a greater lifespan than that of the material on which the roofing rests. Tile does not rot or burn, and it cannot be harmed by insects. It requires little maintenance, and comes in a variety of colors, types, styles and brands. The clay tiles themselves are fragile, so walking on them can be difficult. Although they are fragile to weight, they are extremely resistant to the elements including harmful UV rays.
Roof Coatings
A roof coating is a monolithic, fully adhered, fluid applied roofing membrane. It has elastic properties that allows it to stretch and return to their original shape without damage.
